The Machine of Kiln Smoke Filtration:
This Machine Can Significantly decrease parts of gases produced from combustion and burns (NO, NO2, HC, CL, CO2, CO, SO2) and, hovering ingredients in the air (wet and dry) from the exhausting air from kiln.
This Set is simply exposed to the exhausted air of kiln without any need to mechanical equipment such as fan and performs the ventilation. The machine lifetime is long in the case of frequent and regular periodic visits, and considering its low initial cost than other similar dysfunctional ways is more economic. The required input water input water can be prepared from every kind of water in the area and the amount of usable water can be different based on output air temperature, amount and type of hovering particles in the output air, plus environmental factors.
With retrieval of the output water by illuviation and acid –removal system, the consumption of its raw water is significantly decreased.
